  • 10 pieces Lemon Square Cheese Cake® Original
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 250 ml all-purpose cream
  • 1 pc. mango (cut into cubes)
  • 1 pc. mango (cut into strips)


  1. Cut the Lemon Square Cheese Cake® in cross-section. Cut into crescent shape to form the base of a 6-inch round spring form pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip chilled all-purpose cream at medium to high speed for 2-3 minutes using electric mixer or until texture is foamy. Add condensed milk. Mix well.
  3. Add the mango cubes using a spatula/rubber scraper mix until the mango cubes are equally distributed.
  4. Add layer of mango cream on top of cake base. Add another layer of crescent-shaped cheese cake on top. Add another layer of mango cream.
  5. On the top most layer, arrange mango strips. Arrange in concentric circles, forming a flower-shape.
  6. Chill for 24 hours.
  7. Remove from spring form pan. Serve and enjoy!
