  • 12 packs Lemon Square Lava Cake® Chocolate
  • 250 ml all-purpose cream, chilled
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 bottle cherries with stem
  • chocolate shavings


  1. In a bowl, whip chilled all-purpose cream at medium to high speed using electric mixer for 2 to 3 minutes or until texture is foamy. Then add the condensed milk.
  2. Continue mixing until all ingredients are well mixed.
  3. In a spring form pan, cut the Lemon Square Lava Cake® and cut the edges to form the base.
  4. Add a layer of cream. Place another layer of Lemon Square Lava Cake® over the cream.
  5. Pipe cream on the last layer and add cherries with stem on top.
  6. Chill for 24 hours.
  7. Remove from spring pan. Serve and enjoy!
