- 12 packs Lemon Square Lava Cake® Chocolate
- 250 ml all-purpose cream, chilled
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1 bottle cherries with stem
- chocolate shavings
- In a bowl, whip chilled all-purpose cream at medium to high speed using electric mixer for 2 to 3 minutes or until texture is foamy. Then add the condensed milk.
- Continue mixing until all ingredients are well mixed.
- In a spring form pan, cut the Lemon Square Lava Cake® and cut the edges to form the base.
- Add a layer of cream. Place another layer of Lemon Square Lava Cake® over the cream.
- Pipe cream on the last layer and add cherries with stem on top.
- Chill for 24 hours.
- Remove from spring pan. Serve and enjoy!
