Ingredients
- 2 pcs. Lemon Square Lava Cake® Chocolate, sliced into cubes
- ½ cup Strawberries, cut into halves
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Crushed Cookies
- Whipping Cream
Instructions
- Cut the Lemon Square Lava Cake® Chocolate into cubes then freeze it for at least 4 hours.
- For Layering: In a medium-sized jar, assemble the parfait by layering the cubed Lemon Square Lava Cake® Chocolate (save some for the toppings) as the base then add 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream followed by crushed cookies and sliced strawberries.
- Repeat the layering process until the jar is full then top with whipped cream and the remaining Lemon Square Lava Cake® Chocolate then serve.
