The vision for Lemon Square® began as a college thesis of Dulce Lerma.
Newlyweds Errol and Dulce began their enterprise by offering a small selection of homemade-style baked goods to nearby communities. Word-of-mouth soon became the primary driving force for her cakes as demand went through the roof, and Lemon Square® was born.
The first production building in Meycauayan, Bulacan was built to accommodate the increasing consumer demand and to enhance its product offering.
Modernization of its operations began. It acquired a state-of-the-art baking system that enhanced its production efficiency. Lemon Square® also adapted the latest packaging techniques at par with global standards.
Lemon Square® started to diversify its product lineup and slowly established itself as a household name in the Philippines.
With the increasing demand for the products both in the Philippines and abroad, the second plant was built, with a bigger capacity and equipped with the most modern and automated technology.
Lemon Square® is now a market leader and is on the road to realizing its vision to be a world-class provider of affordable baked treats here and abroad.
