Ingredients

  • 2pcs. Lemon Square Fun Square® Butterscotch, crushed
  • 1 pack Lemon Square Cookie Bites® Chocolate 30g, crushed
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • ½ cup Tube Ice
  • 1 shot Butterscotch Syrup
  • Whipping Cream
  • Caramel Sauce

Instructions

  1. Crush 1pc. of Lemon Square Fun Square Butterscotch® and half pack of Lemon Square Cookie Bites Chocolate® 30g (save some for the toppings) and layer it in a tall drinking glass then set aside.
  2. In a blender, Combine 1pc. of Lemon Square Fun Square Butterscotch® and the remaining half of Lemon Square Cookie Bites Chocolate® 30g together with ¼ cup milk, 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, the shot of butterscotch syrup, and ½ ice. Blend it until it’s smooth.
  3. Drizzle the caramel sauce within the sides of the glass then pour the drink mixture into the glass then top it with whipped cream and the crushed Lemon Square Fun Square Butterscotch® and Lemon Square Cookie Bites® Chocolate 30g you save earlier and drizzle again with caramel sauce then serve.
