Ingredients

For the crust:

  • 6 packs Lemon Square Whatta Flakes® Spanish Bread crackers
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/8 cup white sugar

For the filling:

  • 10 pcs Lemon Square Cheese Cake®, cubed (set aside 1 cup for toppings)
  • 3 packs all-purpose cream, chilled
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 block of cheese, cubed
  • 2 tubs yogurt (original flavor)

Instructions

  1. For the crust, finely chop Lemon Square Whatta Flakes® Spanish Bread crackers. Pour the melted butter and sugar onto the crumbs. Mix well.
  2. In a container, put the crust mixture and flatten using a spoon or spatula. It should be firm and solid. Put in the fridge and chill
  3. For the filling, beat the chilled cream with a whisk until it doubles in volume. Add the condensed milk, yogurt, cheese, and Lemon Square Cheese Cake®. Fold the mixture
  4. Get the chilled crust from the fridge and pour the filling mixture. Top with the remaining Lemon Square Cheese Cake® cubes. Chill in the fridge until filling is set.
