Ingredients

  • 2 pcs. Lemon Square Lava Cake® Chocolate, sliced into cubes
  • ½ cup Strawberries, cut into halves
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Crushed Cookies
  • Whipping Cream

Instructions

  1. Cut the Lemon Square Lava Cake® Chocolate into cubes then freeze it for at least 4 hours.
  2. For Layering: In a medium-sized jar, assemble the parfait by layering the cubed Lemon Square Lava Cake® Chocolate (save some for the toppings) as the base then add 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream followed by crushed cookies and sliced strawberries.
  3. Repeat the layering process until the jar is full then top with whipped cream and the remaining Lemon Square Lava Cake® Chocolate then serve.
