Ingredients
- 10 pieces Lemon Square Cheese Cake® Original
- 125 ml condensed milk
- 250 ml all-purpose cream
- 250 ml cream cheese
- 1 1/2 tablespoon powdered gelatin (white)
- 1/4 cup hot water
- Blueberry filling or sliced fruits
Instructions
- Slice the Lemon Square Cheesecake® into thin rounds. Set aside.
- Mix the cream cheese, all-purpose cream, and condensed milk in a blender. If you do not have a blender, put ingredients in a large bowl and mix with a hand mixer or whisk.
- Dissolve the gelatin powder in 1/4 cup hot water and add to the cream cheese mixture. Mix thoroughly
- In a container, layer the Lemon Square Cheese Cake® slices then pour the cream cheese mixture. Place in the fridge to let the cake set.
- Before serving, top the cheese cake with blueberry filling.
